Regan O'Brien, M.D.

Regan O'Brien, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist and associate at LFPS. She brings substantial consult-liaison psychiatry experience to forensic consultation and evaluation, with particular attention to the interface of cognition, psychiatric illness, and complex medical conditions. Dr. O'Brien's work is especially well suited to current probate-related matters, including guardianship, conservatorship, vulnerable adult status, and present-time assessments of testamentary capacity. She is attentive to potentially reversible barriers to capacity or competency and to the careful integration of psychiatric, cognitive, and medical findings in the formulation of opinions. Dr. O'Brien is based in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area and available for consultation throughout the state of Arizona.
